"Jutsu" (術) generally means "technique" or "method," often referring to martial arts or skills in general. "Jitsu" (実), on the other hand, translates to "truth" or "reality," and is primarily associated with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). While "Jiu-Jitsu" is often spelled with an "i" in the middle, "Jujutsu" is the standard spelling for the Japanese martial art.
